You already know that the Internet has altered business models in every industry, as well as the ways of interacting with customers. There have been thousands of articles about how private individuals are connecting with old friends on Facebook, and how consumers use devices like the iPhone. But when was the last time you read an article about how a B2B salesperson was using technology to increase sales? B2B, lacking the sex appeal of Facebook, Amazon, or Apple, is largely ignored by the mainstream media.
