  • What happens if a meeting cancels?

    We will handle all the scheduling on your behalf. If an appointment postpones we will simply arrange a new time/date and if it cancels we will always replace with a fresh opportunity.

    How are your teams divided? SPECIALISM OR GENERAL RESOURCING MODEL?

    Our staff work across different areas of technology and are experienced working with both product and service led messages. The variety keeps our job interesting and we are lucky enough to be constantly learning about new areas of technology which helps us ramp up quickly on new campaigns.

    Where do you get your data from?

    All of our data is built in house, called into and cleansed daily to be used as the basis of each campaign. We cover all market sectors and are equally happy contacting IT contacts or line of business.

  • How do you measure quality?

    Quality is different for each of our clients depending on their value proposition and the campaign objectives. Prior to starting a new campaign, we will work together to agree the qualification criteria and deliverables. We should also mention that all our staff are remunerated on quality delivery and positive client feedback!

    How do you make sure the meetings happen?

    We have our own project management process but will always be flexible to ensure that this is a process which is effective and simple for both sides.
